Water and power hookups are appreciated but not required. If there's a spigot or outlet nearby we'll use it — if not, no problem, just mention it in your booking notes.
An Exterior Detail runs about 1¼ hours, a Basic Interior & Exterior about 1½ hours, a Full Interior about 3½ hours, and a Full Interior & Exterior around 6 hours, depending on vehicle size and condition. The estimated time shows in your quote.
Not necessarily. As long as we can get to your vehicle and it's safe to park and work, you can head inside or leave the keys with someone. Please have the vehicle accessible and remove personal items before we arrive.
We're based in Merced and serve the surrounding area — Atwater, Winton, Livingston, Planada, Chowchilla and nearby. Just outside those areas? Ask — we can often make it work.
If it's raining on your appointment day, we'll reach out to reschedule at no charge.
No card is needed to book — you pay after the job. Need to cancel or move your appointment? Just give us 24 hours notice.
